Operations and Maintenance is something where Telnet is venturing into, we have developed a system of Monitoring the components that were not monitored till now such as BDA, repeater, DAS Nodes, we install the Monitoring unit as well as give a single point of contact for any hardware or software related issues that might affect the quality of network.
Research and Development
Telnet has always been investing time in research and development. The result of this is the NOC center that we have developed and deployed for our clients, the NOC center is one of its kind in monitoring Repeaters, BDA and DAS Nodes. We provide a 24/7 Monitoring and have a strong Maintenance system that brings these Nodes back to service in minimum possible time.
We have always made our internal process much efficient and customized them as per our clients need. Any project we undertake has a highly efficient way of executing it, the processes in place have been developed over a period of time. We have developed tools such as SMX, ETS, ITS and RTS to make the day to day operations transparent and effective.
